Enrolment Process
Our school is a unique community that we take care to protect. We take time to ensure that all who attend are in agreement with our Christian values and are prepared to take on the additional responsibility this model requires, in order for our family/school partnership to be successful. Remember, the decision to enrol in Harvest Hill is a spiritual decision as much as it is a practical one. We ask that all families take time to pray and ask God what His will is for you and your family.

Prayerful Consideration
Attend a family information night or get an info package from one of our team and take time to pray about your decision to enrol in Harvest Hill.

Apply
Complete and submit your application form and registration fee below. This fee is non-refundable unless the school determines we are unable to admit your child.

Read Family Handbook & Attend Interview
One of our directors will contact you to schedule an interview and give you a family handbook. Please read through the handbook and prepare any questions you may have beforehand.
The purpose of the interview is to ensure that parents and students fully understand their role and are willing to adhere to all HHCA policies, as well as establish relationship. Both the parent(s) and children should attend the interview.
As part of this process we will complete placement testing to determine accurate placement of your child(ren).

Acceptance & Enrolment
Our office will contact you to confirm your acceptance. Then you can complete the full enrolment package, placement tests, and pay your first month’s tuition.
